Jonathan Okun (NMLSR#221383) is a Senior Mortgage Consultant licensed as a Mortgage Loan Originator in Maryland, DC, and Virginia who has mortgage origination experience since 2002. As a result of his knowledge of the industry, responsiveness to his clients, and extraordinary work ethic, Jon was ranked one of the top 150 originators in the country last year by Scotsman Guide. Jon realizes that he needs to set realistic and accurate expectations upfront with all of his clients. He strives to eliminate last minute surprises by working to resolve any possible difficulties with the loan well in advance to ensure a smooth process from start to finish. This has proven extremely important in the current mortgage environment and has resulted in the overwhelming majority of his business coming from past clients and Realtors.

Born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland, Jon graduated from the University of Maryland in 2002 (the year his beloved Terrapins basketball team won the National Championship) and currently resides in Bethesda (MD) with his wife Danielle, son Spencer, daughter Madelyn and pug Delilah.
